- President – Coordinate the program and activities
- Treasurer – Keep the financial records and administer monies / payments
- Recording Secretary – record the minutes of the board meetings, keep the official books, the seal, keeping the records and documentation
- Board of Directors – Generate funds for Seniors’ Play, and actualize goal, volunteer for a committee in the organization
- Basketball Tournament Committee – Oversee Michigan Spirits tournaments annually, research potential women tournaments globally, coordinate / organize all related activities, work w/the travel committee, acquire needed equipment, find facilities to practice
- Travel Committee – Responsible for transportation, lodging, group travel arrangement, tours, and itinerary
- Fundraising Committee – Responsible to generate funds to support the budget for Seniors’ Play. Each subcommittee will establish target goals, i.e. Benefit Dinner should raise $5000.00 after cost.
- Communications Director – Facilitate information flow between committees, establish communication links outside of Seniors’ Play organizations, work w/S&M director, cadence establish w/all committee leaders, establish Seniors’ Play Website
- Sales & Marketing Director – plan, design, and execute sales & marketing strategy for all related committees
